Responsibilities: •Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money •Prepare reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money •Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity •Confer with credit association and other business representatives to exchange credit information •Complete loan applications, including credit analyses and summaries of loan requests Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills •Excellent attention to detail and accuracy •Ability to work independently and in a team environment •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word •Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred skills: •Knowledge of financial and accounting principles •Familiarity with credit analysis and risk assessment techniques •Experience in financial statement analysis •Understanding of lending principles and practices •Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
